Dehydrated Apples

Wash apples and peel them*.
Cut the apples in half and remove the core.
Cut the apples into thin slices.
Lay out on dehydrator trays.
Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon (optional).
Dehydrate at 135 degrees for 8 to 10 hours.

*Note: You can use the leftover apple peels to make Spiced Pineapple Apple-Peel Sauce
