Zucchini Chips

1 medium zucchini
1 tablespoon olive oil
dash of salt and pepper

Wash the zucchini thoroughly to remove any residue or contaminants. Do not peel it.
Cut the zucchini into very thin, even slices.
Pour the olive oil into a medium bowl. Stir in the salt and pepper.
Stir in the zucchini and mix well.
Place zucchini slices on the dehydrator trays, ensuring they do not overlap.
Set your dehydrator to 135°F.
Dehydrate for 9 to 10 hours.
