large* eggs (between 1 and 8)
1 cup of water
Put the eggs and water into the Instant Pot.
Set it to manual with a time of five minutes.
When done cooking, let it sit (on natural release) for another five minutes.
Then dunk the eggs in a large bowl of ice water and soak for ten minutes.
Remove the eggs and refrigerate them for a half hour or more before serving.
*Note: for jumbo eggs, cook for 6 minutes.
