Hull the strawberries*.
Cut each strawberry into thin slices.
Place the strawberry slices onto the food dehydrator racks several inches apart.
Cook at 135°F for 7 hours.
*Note: If the strawberries aren’t organic, you might want to remove residual pesticides: soak in one teaspoon of baking soda and two cups of water for ten minutes. Rinse well, then pat dry with paper towels.
