Dehydrated Strawberries

Hull the strawberries.
To remove residual pesticides, soak in one teaspoon of baking soda and two cups of water for ten minutes. Rinse well, then pat dry with paper towels.
Slice each strawberry into ¼ inch thick slices.
Place the strawberry slices onto the food dehydrator racks several inches apart.
Cook at 135°F for 6.5 to 7 hours.
