1 or 2 bananas
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
In large skillet, stir together the sugar and water. Over medium high heat, bring to a boil.
Slice the bananas. Add them to the skillet and cook over for 1 or 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
With a slotted spoon or fork, remove the bananas from the skillet and lay them on paper towels for a few minutes to remove most of the sugar syrup. Then put them in the dehydrator and cook at 135 degrees F for 12 hours. (Note: these would be better as chips. Next time try a higher temperature and longer cook time.)
