Carrot Chips

1 pound carrots, waffle cut
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Whisk together the olive oil, spices and salt.

Place the carrot slices in a large bowl and pour in the oil & spice mixture. Toss well to thoroughly coat.

Lay the slices in a single layer on the baking sheets.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the edges start to curl up and turn crisp. (Some will be done before others. It’s better to take them all out as soon as some are getting brown because they don’t taste good burnt. They will all get soggy after a day or two, anyway.)

Store in Tupperware in the refrigerator.
