1 large bagel
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
cheese (cheddar, Swiss, parmesan or romano, grated or sliced)

Slice bagel in half and place the halves in a 9 inch baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce over top.
Sprinkle with Italian Herb Mix (from Penzeys Spices)
Top with desired cheeses.
Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
