Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Crack one egg into each muffin cup.
- Add two teaspoonfuls of full-fat cream on top of each egg. Do not mix.
- Top each egg with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Baked for 9 minutes for a runny yolk or 12 minutes for a solid yolk.
