Eggs Baked in Muffin Pan

heavy cream
Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Crack one egg into each muffin cup.
  3. Add two teaspoonfuls of full-fat cream on top of each egg. Do not mix.
  4. Top each egg with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  5. Baked for 9 minutes for a runny yolk or 12 minutes for a solid yolk.
