4 tuna steaks (6 ounces each)
1/3 cup white wine
1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil. Place tuna on top. Fold up the sides of the aluminum foil around the tuna.
In a small bowl whisk together the other ingredients. Pour the sauce over the tuna. Top the tuna with aluminum foil and seal.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tuna is cooked throughout.
