3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 sweet apples, cored and chopped
1 cup seedless grapes, sliced in half
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup chopped walnuts
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice. Stir in the apple, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
If desired, serve on a bed of fresh lettuce.
