Baked Carrot Fries

3 large carrots
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

1. Slice the carrots into fry-shaped sticks.

2. Combine the rest of the ingredients, pour over carrot slices and mix well.

3. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake in a 400°F oven for 15-20 minutes or to desired crispness.
