2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup (2 ounces) blue cheese
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring once or twice until cheese is melted and smooth.
Increase heat to high and cook another hour or hour and a half, until the cheese is heated through.
