1 egg
1 T. lime juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
1 large cantaloupe
1 large pineapple
2 grapefruit
2 oranges
1 Red Delicious apple, unpeeled
1 banana
2 c. blueberries
Beat the egg in a small saucepan. Add juices and sugar; blend. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook one minute. Set aside and let cool.
Peel and slice all fruit into bite-size pieces. Place all fruit except blueberries in a large bowl, pour sauce over the top, and allow to stand for at least two hours. Stir once. Just before serving, sprinkle blueberries on top. Vary the fruit by season and preference.
